David L. Thomas is President of VSOM and Lead Pastor of Victory Christian Center in Youngstown,
Ohio. He and his wife, Pastor Kathie Thomas of a Victory Christian has seen VCC grow into a multi-site, multicultural
mega church with six campuses and over 5,000 people. Beyond that, he founded and leads Next
Level Leadership Network, an international organization spanning denominations that includes churches,
missions organizations, and ministers.
