Chris Loncar is the current Assistant Director of Victory School of Ministry.  A graduate of Victory School of Ministry (formerly Youngstown Master’s Commission), he has been a part of Victory’s staff since 2008.  He also serves as the Jr. High Youth Pastor for the Coitsville campus, and is actively engaged in overseeing creative ministry for VSOM and youth ministries. Chris has a heart to inspire young people and young adults to passionately and consistently pursue God.
