Benjamin Fleet is the current director of Victory School of Ministry.  A graduate of Thiel College with a B.A. in Social Studies, Pastor Ben has been a part of Victory’s pastoral staff since 2006.  Prior to VSOM he served as the Youth and Worship Pastor of Victory @ New Wilmington.  His passion is building community and helping young adults discover what God has made them for and equipping the next generation to fulfill their destinies.  In addition to his role in VSOM, he also over sees Victory Compassion Ministries.
