Lauren Cypher joined the Pastoral staff in September of 2010 as the Children’s Pastor at 20 years old. A graduate of “Victory School of Ministry” in May of 2010, she has grown up with both parents Pastoring a church (which is now the New Wilmington Campus). Little did she know that this upbringing would lead her right into her destiny here at Victory. From the moment she laid eyes on her first baby doll, “Baby Rose,” she knew she was in love with children! Her greatest passion is to see kids experience and know God in such a personal way that it becomes the way they think, move, and breathe, and that their foundation would be so firm that it would remain unshakeable throughout their lives! Lauren is forever dedicated to the destinies of children.
