Pastor Jerome received Jesus into his life in 1980 and has attended Victory for five years. He joined the pastoral staff in February of 2004 and oversees Mens Ministry and Outreach Ministry. He and his wife JoAnn reside in Youngstown, Ohio and have two children. |
