Pastor Fred received the Lord in 1985. After attending Victory for 7 years, he felt God calling him to the ministry and three years later in 1996, he accepted the position of Visitation Pastor. Pastor Fred Baer oversees all visitation, including hospitals, nursing homes, home visitation, and prison ministry. He also oversees the royal ranger ministry, water baptisms, and heads up the security team at the church. He resides in Lowelleville, Ohio and has two children. |
