Pastor Carol and her husband Mark have been married for 28 years and reside in West Middlesex, PA. They have been members of Victory Christian Center in Youngstown, Ohio since 1984 and Pastor Carol has been a member of the Pastoral Staff since 1995. She is currently assisting Senior Pastor David Thomas in launching a new church wide discipleship ministry called The Road.

Pastor Carol is committed to seeing God’s People healed and restored by the Father’s love so they will fulfill their destiny in Christ. God has set her free to set others free.

In addition, she is involved with the Victory Riders Small Group, a group of motorcycle enthusiasts that ride together and witness to those they meet, sharing the love of Jesus Christ through one on one contact, tracts and prayer.
